- Tile & grout cleaning - inc. restoring Natural Stone, e.g. Limestone marble, travertine, slate terracotta, sandstone...
Urine has several components that can be washed away with ordinary cleaners, but it is the insoluble urine (uric acid) crystals that are the source of most of urine's stain and odor. These crystals cling to any surface, including smooth, hard surfaces like tile and porcelain. Many household chemicals like bleach can't remove them effectively.
Many products on the market attempt to mask the urine odor with another fragrance, or seal in the urine. Other products dry out the urine salt crystal with alcohol or solvents.
These are short-term solutions only and leave the insoluble urine salt crystals in place. Have you ever tried such products and thought they worked, only to have the urine smell return when the product wears off or when high humidity reactivates the crystals?
Dog urine cleaning breakthrough
Now for the first time in pet decontamination history you can quickly get your dog urine stains completely removed!
For years many pet owners and carpet cleaners attempted to remove urine stains but with little or no success! It was frustrating and something needed to be done, since the success rate was low most cleaners stayed away from offering this much needed service. At that time the best that could be done was a topical treatment, but that only covered up and masked the concern for about 2 to 3 days.
Enyzmes
Then enzymes came along and they worked wonders, but unfortunately they were limited to light urine concerns only. While they did a good job on light pet urine stains, when a client needed heavy removal it did little - dried urine is uncommonly tough. Even if the cleaner was lucky and got most of the smell out, the urine stains still remained. While enzymes helped, the industry still needed more powerful products that not only removed the smell but the stains that were left behind. What now?
If you are you sick of urine stains - looking like eyesores - or worse still the smell - if you feel they’re getting the better of you and you’re ready to eliminate these concerns forever. I invite you to call me right now on 0800 695 6957 or request a free evaluation and estimate.

Why do Dogs Display Urine-Marking Behavior?
Dogs are territorial animals. They may urinate or defecate to mark a particular area as their own.
Urine-marking is not a house soiling problem. Instead, it is considered territorial behavior. You can find out more more about dog urine-marking and dog soiling problems and dog urination solutions by visiting the informational site:
http://www.hsus.org/pets/pet_care/dog_care
For example this site recommends "For dogs: Watch your dog when he is indoors for signs that he is thinking about urinating. When he begins to urinate, interrupt him with a loud noise and take him outside. If he urinates outside, praise him and give him a treat. When you're unable to watch him, put your dog in confinement (a crate or small room where he has never marked) or tether him to you with a leash."
